Acceptable Use

1. Lawful business use

Use Nordax OS only for lawful, authorized business purposes. You may not use the platform to violate privacy, consumer-protection, employment, intellectual-property, communications, export, sanctions, accessibility, records, or other applicable requirements.

2. Communications

• Do not send spam, purchased-list messages, deceptive content, unlawful solicitations, or communications without the required consent or relationship.
• The transactional messaging module is for booking notices, reminders, invoices, payment updates, en-route notices, review requests, security notices, and similar service communications, not general promotional campaigns.
• Honor Do Not Contact, unsubscribe, STOP, revocation, bounce, and complaint signals across every module and connected system.
• Do not disguise marketing as a transaction or combine promotional content with a transactional message in a way that changes its primary purpose.

3. Security and access

• Do not share user accounts, expose secrets, probe another tenant, bypass roles, defeat rate limits, interfere with logs, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, perform denial-of-service activity, or use automation that degrades the platform.
• API keys, OAuth grants, and provider credentials may be used only for their intended tenant, scope, and environment.

4. Content and data

Do not store or distribute illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intentionally harmful material. Do not enter highly sensitive information such as complete payment card data, government identifiers, or protected medical records unless the feature is expressly designed and approved for that data.

5. Automation and artificial intelligence

Automated or AI-assisted output must be reviewed when accuracy matters. Do not use Nordax OS to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless you have confirmed the use is lawful, appropriately disclosed, and subject to required human review.

6. Enforcement

Nordax Digital may investigate suspected violations and may rate-limit, quarantine, disable a module, revoke a credential, block content, suspend an account, or notify an affected provider or authority where reasonably necessary. We will consider severity, recurrence, cooperation, and risk when determining a response.
