Accessibility Statement
Nordax Digital is committed to making the Nordax OS website and platform usable by people with disabilities and welcomes feedback about accessibility barriers.
1. Our commitment
Nordax Digital works to provide a usable and inclusive experience across the Nordax OS public website and authenticated platform. Accessibility is considered in design, development, content, navigation, forms, keyboard interaction, color contrast, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Standards and ongoing work
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference for our accessibility work. Nordax OS is an evolving private-beta product, so some features or third-party integrations may not yet provide an equivalent experience in every assistive technology or device configuration. We review reported barriers and prioritize reasonable corrections as the platform develops.
3. Third-party content
Nordax OS can display tenant-provided content and connect to services operated by other companies. Nordax Digital does not control every third-party interface, document, or item of tenant content, but we welcome reports that help us identify whether an accessible alternative or platform adjustment is available.
4. Requesting assistance
If you have difficulty using Nordax OS, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, email support@nordaxos.com or call 770-742-9385. Please identify the page or feature, the issue you encountered, and your preferred way to receive a response. We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance and address the issue.
5. Feedback
Accessibility feedback is reviewed by Nordax Digital. We may ask for additional details needed to reproduce an issue, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information to request help.
