Browser storage
Cookie Notice
This notice describes cookies and similar browser storage used by the Nordax OS public site and authenticated platform.
1. Public website
The current Nordax OS public beta site does not intentionally place advertising cookies or use cross-site behavioral advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process normal request information such as IP address, browser, timestamp, and requested URL to deliver and protect the site.
2. Authenticated platform
The Nordax OS application uses cookies and local or session storage that are necessary for authentication, account security, tenant and role context, preferences, service-worker behavior, notifications, onboarding progress, and reliable operation. Disabling required storage may prevent sign-in or cause platform features to stop working correctly.
3. Connected and embedded services
A user who opens or connects Stripe, Google, Meta, Shopify, or another third-party service may receive cookies controlled by that provider under its own policy. Tenant websites that install Nordax OS widgets or public tools may use limited first-party storage to remember a conversation, preference, or anonymous session.
4. Controls
Browser controls can remove or block cookies and site storage. Users can also disconnect optional integrations and manage eligible notification preferences in Nordax OS. Required authentication cookies cannot be disabled inside the platform while maintaining an authenticated session.
