Subprocessors
Nordax Digital uses carefully selected providers to operate Nordax OS. A provider processes tenant data only when its service or an associated module is used.
Core platform providers
- Vercel: application hosting, edge delivery, deployment, logs, and object storage; United States and distributed infrastructure.
- Neon: managed PostgreSQL database infrastructure; United States.
- Clerk: authentication, user identity, sessions, and account-security services; United States and distributed infrastructure.
- Amazon Web Services: transactional email, SMS/RCS infrastructure where available, notifications, and supporting cloud services; United States.
- Stripe: subscription, invoice, payment, and connected-account processing when payment features are enabled; global infrastructure.
Optional connected services
- Google: Calendar, Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Business Profile, Maps, Places, Routes, and OAuth services selected by the user.
- Meta: Facebook, Instagram, advertising, business, and OAuth services selected by the user.
- Shopify: commerce connection and order webhooks when a tenant enables the Shopify connector.
- OpenAI: AI-assisted features when enabled and requested; prompts and relevant context are limited to the feature being used.
- Nextcloud and tenant-selected storage or service providers: file delivery, collaboration, or other integrations configured for the account.
Provider scope
Not every provider receives every category of data. Nordax Digital configures integrations by module and purpose and seeks to limit access to information necessary to provide the selected feature. A tenant may also direct Nordax OS to transmit data to a service the tenant independently controls; that recipient is not necessarily a Nordax Digital subprocessor.
Changes and objections
Nordax Digital may update this list as infrastructure and modules evolve. Material changes may be announced through Nordax OS or account communications. A tenant with a legitimate data-protection concern may contact us within 30 days of notice; the parties will work in good faith on a reasonable resolution.
