Authorized User Terms
These terms apply to each individual invited to use Nordax OS by a tenant organization.
1. Your access
Your access is provided through the tenant organization that invited you. That organization controls your role, permissions, modules, and continued membership. Receiving an account does not give you authority to bind the tenant or act outside your assigned responsibilities.
2. Individual account and security
Use only your own account, provide accurate information, protect credentials and devices, and promptly report suspected compromise. Do not share sessions, credentials, exports, customer information, or confidential tenant information with unauthorized people.
3. Authorized and acceptable use
Use Nordax OS only for the tenant's lawful business purposes and within your assigned permissions. Do not access another tenant, evade controls, scrape or export data without authority, probe security, upload malicious material, misuse communications, or instruct an integration or AI feature to perform an unlawful or unauthorized action. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms.
4. Data and confidentiality
Information in Nordax OS may belong to the tenant, its customers, Nordax Digital, or another party. Access does not transfer ownership. Handle personal, financial, customer, credential, and business information confidentially and only as directed by the tenant. Do not place specially regulated information into unsupported fields or messages.
5. Communications and connected services
Send email, SMS, review requests, invoices, appointment notices, or other communications only when authorized and when the tenant has a lawful basis and required consent. Honor Do Not Contact, unsubscribe, STOP, complaint, and suppression status. Connect a third-party account only when you control it or have express authority.
6. AI and beta features
Review AI-assisted output before relying on or publishing it. Do not use beta or automated features as the sole system for emergency, life-safety, legal, medical, financial, employment, or similarly significant decisions. Features may change, contain errors, or be withdrawn.
7. Monitoring, restriction, and termination
The tenant may change or remove your access. Nordax Digital may rate-limit, suspend, investigate, or terminate access needed to protect the tenant, another person, the platform, providers, or legal rights. Available records remain governed by the tenant's agreement and applicable law.
8. Privacy and electronic acceptance
The Privacy Policy explains how Nordax OS processes account and tenant information.
When presented in the platform, you must scroll through the exact agreement and affirmatively check the electronic-signature box. Nordax records your identity, tenant, role, exact version and content hash, acceptance time, IP address, and user agent. Material revisions may require a new acceptance.
